Isaiah 65: 23-24

23 They will not labor in vain,
nor will they bear children doomed to misfortune;
for they will be a people blessed by the Lord,
they and their descendants with them.
24 Before they call I will answer;
while they are still speaking I will hear.
Prayer Warriors:
We do not labor in vain, when we prayer for our children. He hears us, while we're praying. It is a sweet aroma, to our father in heaven. He has, destine His children for great things. If he gave his only son, how much more will he give us all things!

Psalm 32 1-8

Blessed is the one
whose transgressions are forgiven,
whose sins are covered.
Blessed is the one
whose sin the Lord does not count against them
and in whose spirit is no deceit.
When I kept silent,
my bones wasted away
through my groaning all day long.
For day and night
your hand was heavy on me;
my strength was sapped
as in the heat of summer.
Then I acknowledged my sin to you
and did not cover up my iniquity.
I said, “I will confess
my transgressions to the Lord.”
And you forgave
the guilt of my sin.
Therefore let all the faithful pray to you
while you may be found;
surely the rising of the mighty waters
will not reach them.
You are my hiding place;
you will protect me from trouble
and surround me with songs of deliverance.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.

Psalm 82: 1-8

1 God has taken his place in the divine council;
in the midst of the gods he holds judgment:
2“How long will you judge unjustly
and show partiality to the wicked?Selah
3 Give justice to the weak and the fatherless;
maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute.
4 Rescue the weak and the needy;
deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”
5 They have neither knowledge nor understanding,
they walk about in darkness;
all the foundations of the earth are shaken.
6 I said, “You are gods,
sons of the Most High, all of you;
7nevertheless, like men you shall die,
and fall like any prince.”
8 Arise, O God, judge the earth;
for you shall inherit all the nations!

Psalm 1

How happy is the man
who does not follow the advice of the wicked
or take the path of sinners
or join a group of mockers!
Instead, his delight is in the Lord’s instruction,
and he meditates on it day and night.
He is like a tree planted beside streams of water
that bears its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither.
Whatever he does prospers.
The wicked are not like this;
instead, they are like chaff that the wind blows away.
Therefore the wicked will not survive the judgment,
and sinners will not be in the community of the righteous.
For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous,
but the way of the wicked leads to ruin.

Isaiah 46: 9-11

9Remember the former things, those of long ago;
I am God, and there is no other;
I am God, and there is none like me.
10I make known the end from the beginning,
from ancient times, what is still to come.
I say, ‘My purpose will stand,
and I will do all that I please.’
11From the east I summon a bird of prey;
from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose.
What I have said, that I will bring about;
what I have planned, that I will do.

A Contrast not a Comparison

The Parable of the Persistent Widow
And he told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart. He said, “In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor respected man. And there was a widow in that city who kept coming to him and saying, ‘Give me justice against my adversary.’ For a while he refused, but afterward he said to himself, ‘Though I neither fear God nor respect man,yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will give her justice, so that she will not beat me down by her continual coming.’” And the Lord said, “Hear what the unrighteous judge says. 7 And will not God give justice to his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them? I tell you, he will give justice to them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth. Luke !8 1-8
Prayer Warriors:
As we look at this parable, we see this was a unrighteous judge. We know we do not serve an unrighteous God. We serve a God who is loving, merciful and forgiving. Second, a widow who had no rights and no lawyer because she was a woman and a widow in that time. Who would be her defender? We have a advocate, Jesus Christ! Who goes before us and prays to the father for us. So we don't have to beg and plea to our father in heaven, like this widow did to this wicked judge. Thank you, Jesus! Sometimes are prayers are not answered in the time we want them to, It's because His DELAY is our DELIGHT. He has something better for us, there is a plan, a purpose. The ways of Lord are not our ways, as we wait on Him, lets delight in him, spend time with Him. So let us DELIGHT in his DELAY!

Revelation 8: 1-4

When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.
And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them.
3 Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all God’s people, on the golden altar in front of the throne. The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God’s people, went up before God from the angel’s hand. Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake.

What an amazing sight that is going to be, God is going to silence heaven for 30 minutes. An angel will offer an incense and the prayers of the saints.
( Amazing)
That's how important our prayers are to the Lord, he listens to every word we speak and saves them bowls, even our tears. He love goes beyond words. So when we cry out for our Sons and Daughters. He's listening to every word,and they are precious to him and not only that but we have His Son. Jesus, who intercedes for us.
Prayer, our life line to our father!

Colossians 2:13-15

13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, 14 having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross.15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

Thank you Jesus, for the cross. For when we were dead in sin, we were made alive in Christ. He as authority over all things, Our Adult Children will have victory over the enemy and his lies. Because Christ had victory in the RESURRECTION!

Romans 1: 16-17

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile. 17 For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last,just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”
For we are not ashamed of Jesus Christ, for He is the one who lives in us and works through us. He sits and the right hand of the father and intercedes for His children.
He saved us, redeemed us, and changes us from glory to glory. By faith, we will see our Adult Children walk in righteousness as God reveals himself daily to them.
Thank you Jesus, for the cross.
